YCH cements Asian prowess with ASEAN Business Award win

Hanoi, Vietnam, 28 October 2010 - Leading regional logistics and supply chain management company YCH Group clinched the award as the �Most Admired ASEAN (Large) Enterprise� in the Innovation category, at the ASEAN Business Awards (ABA) 2010 last night. Held at the National Convention Center of Hanoi, Vietnam yesterday on 27 October as part of the high-level 17th ASEAN Business Investment Summit (ASEAN-BIS), the annual ABA honours outstanding ASEAN companies that have contributed to ASEAN�s stellar economic growth.
The award win affirms YCH�s proven ability to develop innovative end-to-end supply chain solutions to achieve supply chain excellence in Asia, and also cements the group�s status as a leading supply chain solutions provider with distinct forte and expertise in the rapidly developing ASEAN region.
This year, YCH Group emerged victorious in its category after rigorous rounds of judging, which included criteria such as being able to synthesize customer and market insights into business consideration, having innovation as a corporate value, innovative products and business processes, and the extent of the company�s Research & Development (R&D).
There were a total of four award categories given out at the Gala Dinner � Innovation, Growth, Employment and Corporate Social Responsibility; and for each award category, two top prizes � one for large enterprises and the other for SMEs (Small-medium Enterprises) were presented.
