Our in-house training programs revolve around the corporate values of RISE. OJT

Our On-the-Job Training (OJT) program is the cornerstone of our operational excellence. As one of the early adopters of OJT framework, YCH has developed a suite of OJT modules to meet the operation-based requirements of our esteemed customers. 

Learning Management System

With the company expanding rapidly across the Asia Pacific Region, our Learning Management System (LMS) is designed to Capture, Apply and Transfer knowledge, with our customized modules ranging from Induction & Culture series, Operations series, Sales series to Regional Management series. Our HR portal in LMS facilitates standardized learning and provides reference materials such as HR Policies and Leader's Manual to our Leaders across countries.

Scholarship & Internship

YCH is also committed to the development of next generation SCM professionals via Scholarship and Internships schemes with selected higher institutions. Every year, students from local Singapore Universities and Polytechnics are welcomed to join us for internships to gain experience of day-to-day SCM operations to complement their studies. 
The desire to share knowledge and experience is part of YCH corporate social responsibility (CSR) to propel the Logistics industry in Asia into the next lap.
