YCH received the prestigious 'Singapore Innovation Class'("I-Class") plaque from Mr. Loh Khum Yean, Chief Executive of SPRING Singapore at an awards presentation ceremony held at SPRING Singapore Auditorium.

The I-Class is given to companies which have adopted effective, systematic approaches on its innovation excellence journey. Based on the business excellence model, with components such as Conditions, Culture, Competencies and Connectivity, companies are scored accordingly to various organizational performance dimensions such as leadership, innovation strategy, resource management, organizational values, organizational behaviours, people development, innovation management, networks and innovation performance.
